About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp ground ginger

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp ground cardamom

  • 1 tsp ground fennel seeds

  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix all the spices together until evenly combined.

  2. Store the blend in an airtight jar or container in a cool, dark place.

  3. Use about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per serving to add flavor to your favorite reflux-friendly meals or drinks.


Uses

  • Oatmeal: Sprinkle a pinch on top for a warm, spiced breakfast.
