  • 1 cup of filtered water (optional, to dilute)

Preparation

  1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Chop the cucumber, celery, zucchini, and green apple into pieces that fit your juicer.

  3. Feed the spinach and chopped vegetables into your juicer.

  4. If needed, dilute the juice with water to make it gentler on your stomach.

  5. Pour into a glass and sip slowly.
