  • 1 cup roasted hazelnuts (or almonds for a milder taste)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (use carob powder for an even gentler option)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (natural sweetness without refined sugar)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for creaminess)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup oat milk or almond milk (adjust for desired consistency)

  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

1️⃣ Blend roasted hazelnuts in a food processor until they turn into a smooth butter.2️⃣ Add cocoa powder (or carob), sweetener, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend again.3️⃣ Slowly add the milk until smooth and creamy.4️⃣ Store in an airtight jar and enjoy on toast, oatmeal, or as a dip for reflux-friendly fruit like bananas! 🍌✨
